Western School of Technology and Environmental Science offers eleven unique and award winning magnet programs focused on career and college readiness. All of the magnet programs are focused on experiential learning experiences that meet current industry standards. Western is focused on producing skilled graduates that are ready to compete in the workplace and utilize critical thinking skills to creatively solve the problems of their generation.
*All Western Tech Magnet Tech Magnet Programs are viable options for all students, including students with disabilities. Special education services and Section 504 services are available at all public schools, including schools with magnet programs. BCPS transportation is made available if required by the student's educational plan (IEP or 504 Plan).
