Hello, Western Wolverines!
My name is Will Lancaster, and I am the 9th and 10th grade administrator.
I am the father of three high schoolers: Liam and Eli (12th grade) and Hannah (10th grade). We have a pet cat named Frostbite.
I have been teaching and leading in Baltimore County Public School for over twenty years. While I started my career at Perry Hall High, most of my career has been in a more intimate school setting with student populations under 1000 students. I have been blessed to have been able to work with innovative and supportive colleagues throughout my career. They have been an inspiration in my professional growth. Each experience has been rooting in providing a positive learning experience for all students. My classroom background is in Social Studies. I continue to enjoy the moments when students find success and confidence in the classroom. Fortunately, my leadership journey has allowed me to explore my professional passions of Instruction, as well as of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. I work by the motto that "it takes a village to raise a child."
I look forward to working with the Western Tech community in providing a loving, inclusive, and rigorous learning environment to our students.
